Based at our Mississauga Head Office, this position demands over five years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud payroll systems and a strong technical skillset in SQL and integration management. You will oversee payroll processes, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Your ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities will drive valuable enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure payroll and time management solutions
• Conduct troubleshooting for payroll and technical issues
• Manage integration processes with external partnerships
• Design solutions based on business requirements
• Prepare for year-end tax reporting processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM
• Degree in computer science or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll configuration and integration tools
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Bilingual English and French is an asset
