Key Responsibilities:
• Manage large-scope architectural projects efficiently
• Develop budget and work plans for project success
• Conduct building assessments and prepare reports
• Lead teams in project proposals and client meetings
• Track and manage contractual changes and invoicing
Requirements:
• Professional degree in Architecture; minimum 5 years’ experience
• Must be registered or eligible for registration in Canada
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD preferred
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
