Use mortgage lending expertise to help CIBC clients pursue home ownership through personalized advice and flexible virtual service from Ontario.
As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor within Personal and Business Banking, you will use banking and mortgage experience to provide mortgage advice and product solutions. The regular role is based virtually at ON-81 Bay Street, with occasional onsite attendance. You will support clients where and when convenient while building lasting connections and helping secure their futures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
Meet clients on schedules and locations convenient for them
Create sales plans converting leads into new CIBC clients
Build relationships with Banking Centre teams and external realtors
Generate opportunities through networking and community connections
Requirements:
Banking and mortgage experience supporting client needs
Strong relationship building and networking skills
Understanding of local markets and potential client bases
Goal oriented approach focused on delivering results
Ability to work remotely with occasional onsite attendance
