Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise production staff to maximize safety and efficiency
• Track and report on equipment and process performance
• Implement changes to improve production methods
• Lead engagement in safety and improvement initiatives
• Facilitate training sessions for new and existing employees
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of related supervisory experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
