Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist

Support accurate cash flow at Arjo in Mississauga as a bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative using French, English, and ERP systems.
This Finance position manages receivables and customer relationships within Arjo’s healthcare organization. You will monitor accounts, process payments, reconcile discrepancies, and prioritize collections. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, accounting software experience, and related finance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate receivable records
Process and apply customer payments promptly
Reconcile account balances and investigate discrepancies
Prepare statements, aging reports, declarations, and quittances
Track collection performance and identify overdue account trends
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Two to five years’ accounts receivable or collections experience
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
High-volume customer account management experience is an asset
Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration education preferred
