Building Operator Level 2 Mississauga

Maintain QuadReal properties as a Building Operator Level 2 in Mississauga, using HVAC expertise and computerized control systems. Travel between industrial sites daily.
This intermediate Building Operator reports to the Operations Manager while supporting a Southeast Ontario industrial portfolio. The position focuses on safe, environmentally responsible maintenance and operational efficiency. You will respond to service needs, coordinate vendors, and manage priorities independently across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergency call-outs
Monitor computerized control systems and daily utility readings
Oversee HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety maintenance
Coordinate repairs with pre-approved vendors and contractors
Complete inspections, reports, and environmental assessments
Requirements:
Minimum three years of related building operations experience
Valid G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
Knowledge of HVAC, life safety, and general maintenance procedures
Understanding of building drawings across multiple disciplines
Availability for on-call coverage and emergency responses
