Support floral and gifting customers through phone, chat, and email as an empathetic, tech-savvy Onshore Customer Service Agent. Work full time Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
This position represents a premium US-based floral and gifting brand. You will provide solutions-oriented support across multiple channels while handling emotionally important celebrations with care. The role requires Zendesk proficiency, strong communication, active listening, and calm troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond across phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media
Take orders and complete necessary order modifications
Coordinate with shipping and fulfillment teams
Resolve payment-related issues and document customer interactions
Escalate complex complaints through established protocols
Requirements:

Two to four years of multichannel customer service experience
Onshore availability for the stated Monday through Friday schedule
Proficiency with Zendesk and familiarity with phone systems
Exceptional written, verbal, and active listening skills
Reliable computer, internet connection, backup, and quiet workspace
