You will engage with clients to develop award-winning, sustainable buildings while managing complex tasks within multidisciplinary teams. Your experience with building codes and project management will guide project delivery while you mentor staff and contribute to design proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex architectural projects and coordinate effectively
• Lead strategic planning and design deliverables for clients
• Ensure compliance with project expectations and quality standards
• Facilitate project team meetings and communicate updates
• Review project documentation and manage changes effectively
Requirements:
• Professional Architecture degree and 5+ years of experience
• Registered Architect or eligibility within one year
• Expert in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of northern building systems and accessibility
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for client interaction
