Manage North American LTL and FTL shipments as a full-time Freight Broker in Langley, BC, working onsite with hands-on operational responsibility.
This permanent Freight Broker role suits an experienced logistics professional with direct freight forwarding operations experience. You will independently oversee shipments from quotation through delivery, supporting Canada and United States transportation. Success requires precise execution, shipment visibility, and calm exception management.
Key Responsibilities:
Quote and execute LTL and FTL shipments across North America
Book freight directly with carriers and agents
Coordinate drayage, inland trucking, and warehousing activities
Monitor shipments and resolve delays efficiently
Communicate accurate shipment visibility to customers promptly
Requirements:
Three to five or more years of freight forwarding experience
Hands-on freight forwarding operations experience
Ability to manage shipments end-to-end without supervision
Experience quoting and booking North American LTL and FTL shipments
Strong attention to detail and operational execution skills
Bring independent freight forwarding, carrier booking, and exception management expertise to North American shipments from Langley.
