Key Responsibilities:
• Manage import/export compliance and supply chain initiatives
• Interface with customs brokers and manage trade systems
• Develop training for trade compliance across the workforce
• Evaluate and implement new compliance requirements
• Supervise and mentor teams for operational excellence
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business or logistics preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in import/export necessary
• 2–5 years in a managerial capacity preferred
• Strong understanding of Canadian customs regulations
• Familiarity with international shipping practices essential
