Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the Traffic Management Centre
• Develop and review operational strategies
• Lead coordination of major incident responses
• Maintain strong communication with partners
• Analyze trends and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in traffic operations
• Experience managing operational teams
• Deep understanding of traffic technologies
• Familiarity with local transportation policies preferred
• Certifications in incident management and first aid are a plus
