Collaborate across departments to meet production needs and efficiently manage tooling changes and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise electromechanicians, toolmakers, and maintenance planners
• Oversee equipment repair, improvement, and installation
• Manage the budget and supplier contracts diligently
• Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvements
• Train and develop teams to enhance capabilities
Requirements:
• DEC or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Leadership experience in project management
• Strong communication and prioritization skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
