Shift Production Supervisor Alleguard
Alleguard
Supervise an assigned Alleguard shift through production scheduling, materials control, and workforce coordination. Strong leadership and manufacturing knowledge guide daily execution.
The Production Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager and oversees materials and production management functions. Responsibilities span planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products. The supervisor monitors schedules, balances labor and machine needs, and develops subordinates to optimize performance and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise assigned shift production and materials management functions
Monitor production schedules and prevent operational deviations
Coordinate labor costs with machine requirements
Support motivation and development of subordinate employees
Complete assigned tasks and related department duties
Requirements:
Minimum three years of manufacturing employment
Strong leadership skills and interpersonal abilities
Comprehensive product production knowledge
Self starter able to work with minimum supervision
High school graduation with vocational training
Use shift supervision, production scheduling, and employee development skills to manage Alleguard’s manufacturing operations effectively.
