Demand Planning Analyst Forecasting

Apply advanced Excel and forecasting expertise as a Demand Planning Analyst in Scarborough, Ontario, supporting Crystal International (Group) Inc.’s packaging operations.
This Finance and Accounting role prepares customer-by-product sales forecasts and strengthens forecasting methods. You will manage inventory targets, assess SKU performance, and coordinate forecast consensus across Sales, Operations, Finance, and related parties. The position also supports KPI reporting and planning documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly sales forecasts by customer and product
Track forecast accuracy and improve planning methods
Set inventory targets, including safety stock
Monitor SKU performance and recommend rationalization actions
Lead forecast consensus across related business functions
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Three or more years in demand planning or forecasting
Experience with DRP/MRP and inventory metrics
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Clear communication, attention to detail, and preferred SAP experience
Bring forecasting, inventory management, advanced Excel, and analytical skills to Crystal International’s demand planning team.
