As a National Sea Logistics Implementation Project Expert, you will manage strategic customer implementations and business transitions. Your work includes process optimisation, order management initiatives, and application of the Global Customer Implementation Methodology. Collaborate with customers, operational teams, technical project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate national customer onboarding and logistics implementation projects
Manage Sea Logistics projects through planning, execution, and handover
Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation plans
Coordinate EDI, API, and data integration projects
Manage risks, dependencies, changes, and escalation points
Requirements:

Five or more years in project management, logistics, or implementation
Strong knowledge of Sea Logistics and freight forwarding operations
Experience coordinating complex integration or systems-related projects
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
