Become the Manager of Real Estate Accounting at Oxford in Toronto, focusing on strong leadership and financial integrity. This role aids in the Yardi system transition while managing a dedicated team.
In your role as Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial results, guiding Analysts and Senior Analysts in their growth. You will execute strategic financial analysis while leading the transition to Yardi, scheduled for fiscal 2027. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment focused on compliance, reporting, and enhanced operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the lead Yardi expert during system roll-out
• Ensure accuracy of monthly financial reports and analyses
• Manage a team to achieve effective month-end and year-end closures
• Guide annual audit preparations and related filings
• Support internal collaboration on property financial impacts
Requirements:
• Extensive accounting experience; minimum of 7 years
• Strong Yardi knowledge, preferably Voyager 8
• CPA designation with a degree in Business or Finance
• High-level Excel proficiency for analysis
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership and change management
