As the Sales Manager, you will guide the sales team towards achieving goals while ensuring a premium experience for customers. You’ll need a minimum of five years in Automotive Sales Management, along with a clean BC Class 5 driver’s license and valid VSA license to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and enhance team performance through coaching
• Aid Sales Consultants in finalizing sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage issues effectively
• Stay informed on vehicle inventory and finance options
• Analyze and report sales performance metrics
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management in automotive
• BC Class 5 driver's license without infractions
• VSA certification required
• Familiarity with Dealer Socket and other CRM systems
• Excellent skills in building customer relationships
Lead and inspire a dedicated team in automotive sales and service excellence.
