Inside Sales Commercial Coordinator
IMT Elemental
Support RFQs, quotations, and customer communication full-time in Port Colborne with IMT Group. Excel reporting and commercial coordination are central.
PC Forge is seeking a Customer Success & Commercial Coordinator to support its commercial team and manufacturing capabilities. Reporting directly to the Inside Sales Rep / Steel Sourcing & Estimating Co-Ordinator, you will maintain opportunity records, coordinate quotation follow-up, and communicate customer priorities internally. The position also supports cross-selling across PC Forge, CJ Forge, Elite Finishing, and Elemental.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain quotation logs, tracking systems, and opportunity records
Follow up on open opportunities and customer communications
Attend production meetings and provide customer-priority updates
Support onboarding of customer programs and documentation requirements
Assist cross-selling, customer visits, and business development initiatives
Requirements:
Three to five years in commercial coordination, account management, or sales support
Experience in heavy manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or forging environments preferred
Advanced or intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
Experience with data analysis, reports, and presentations
Conversational French considered an asset
Coordinate commercial opportunities, customer follow-up, and Excel-based reporting across IMT Group’s manufacturing divisions.
