Supplier Relations Procurement Specialist

Build supplier relationships and improve procurement processes while supporting products, services, inventories, and contracts for stores and Head Office.
This Purchasing and Procurement Coordinator researches suppliers and identifies solutions based on operational needs, procurement challenges, and improvement opportunities. The position contributes to purchasing and service contracts, inventory monitoring, returns, warranties, and item issues. Success requires initiative, accuracy, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify new suppliers and improvement opportunities
Review products, services, and solutions
Participate in supply inventory monitoring
Improve processes for requests and operational follow-ups
Handle data entry and item issue follow-ups
Requirements:

High school diploma
Fluency in French and English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong Excel and Outlook skills
Good knowledge of SharePoint
Apply initiative, supplier research, inventory awareness, and process improvement skills within a bilingual procurement coordination function.
