Business Analyst Pro Experience

Analyze retail operations and improve Pro fulfilment at The Home Depot Canada through data insights, project coordination, and operational problem-solving.
The Business Analyst, Pro Experience supports initiatives across fulfilment, delivery, assortment, inventory, and store enablement. You will translate business needs into requirements, coordinate workstreams, analyze operational data, and support implementation. The role helps stores and Pro customers navigate orders, delivery, and fulfilment scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional Pro Experience initiatives and workplans
Analyze sales, inventory, order, assortment, and delivery data
Support FDC assortment onboarding, changes, and inventory movement
Develop SOPs, training materials, communications, and process guides
Support testing, launches, rollout readiness, and issue resolution
Requirements:
Two or more years of relevant business analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong analytical capability with large data sets
Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, working knowledge
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
