Key Responsibilities:
• Direct a team of engineers, artists, and designers
• Monitor project management to ensure timely delivery
• Address cross-team issues and facilitate resolutions
• Fulfill leadership expectations through detailed status reporting
• Document processes to enhance team collaboration
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Game Development or a related discipline
• Familiarity with Jira and similar tools for tracking
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• AI tools experience for productivity optimization is advantageous
