Supervise hospital food services at Princeton General Hospital, using scheduling and menu-planning skills in a permanent full-time position. Work Sunday through Thursday, 07:00 to 15:00 hours.
Interior Health seeks a Food Service Supervisor for its Support Services Team in Princeton, British Columbia. The position supervises designated staff, coordinates assignments, plans menus with the Clinical Dietician, and orders supplies. It also supports patient diet information, budgets, meal quality, cafeteria services, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule staff and coordinate work assignments
Determine training needs and provide employee feedback
Plan menus and develop therapeutic diet recipes
Order supplies and resolve supplier discrepancies
Evaluate meals against quality and quantity standards
Requirements:
Ability to work Sunday through Thursday shifts
Availability from 07:00 to 15:00 hours
Reliable, flexible, and motivated approach
Interest in supervising designated food service staff
Ability to support nutritional and therapeutic diet needs
