Lead Clinical Services in EMS Operations

Join Shared Health as a Clinical Services Leader focused on Emergency Medical Services. This significant role supports high-quality patient care through advanced clinical practice across Manitoba.
In this position, you will take charge of providing and coordinating patient care in both pre-hospital and transport settings. Your responsibilities will include leadership, continuous mentorship, and administrative duties to ensure integrated healthcare delivery while adhering to the mission and values of Shared Health. Collaboration with various health care and community agencies is vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate emergency medical care
• Lead and mentor the clinical team in ERS
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Oversee administrative functions and system monitoring
• Develop and implement essential clinical education
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years as a Paramedic experience
• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Care Paramedic program
• Valid Class 4 Manitoba driver’s license required
• Current BLS, PALS, ACLS certifications needed
• Understanding of Indigenous cultures and health principles is a plus
