Lead high-value commercial projects as a Commercial Project Manager with First Onsite. Oversee reconstruction efforts while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability on every job.
In this strategic role, you'll manage complex projects with budgets up to $5M across the restoration and construction sectors. With a minimum of three years of project management experience, you will take ownership of project planning, scheduling, and execution, leading teams to meet and exceed client expectations. Foster strong client relationships and mentor your team to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex commercial contracting projects from planning to execution
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability standards are met
• Guide teams and subcontractors effectively towards project completion
• Analyze budgets, scopes, and client needs throughout the project
• Mentor Project Managers and Supervisors to enhance skills
Requirements:
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction
• Strong skills in budget management and negotiation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Certifications like IICRC preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
