Interim Manager for Maintenance Operations

Become the Interim Maintenance Manager at Colas and lead operations for the Edmonton Valley Line West LRT. This critical role involves executing maintenance upon construction completion and ensuring operational handover.
You will play a vital role in defining and executing maintenance activities for a significant infrastructure project that will impact future community connectivity. Your ability to manage contracts, budgets, and maintenance teams will shape the effectiveness of the project. Collaborate closely with diverse teams to ensure all aspects of maintenance align with project specifications and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all maintenance activities for the Valley Line West
• Supervise subcontractors and specialist service providers
• Develop and manage budgets and cost controls
• Maintain documentation and report on maintenance progress
• Engage in transitioning operations to the Asset Management team
Requirements:
• 5+ years in related infrastructure project roles
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience in managing maintenance during transit projects
• Knowledge of construction contracts and obligations
• Clean Class 5 driver's licence is preferred
