Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve equipment failure root causes

• Oversee CMMS for reliability enhancements
• Train tradespeople and staff on TPM initiatives
• Manage repair and capital projects effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or applicable field
• Strong background in project management
• Proficiency in SAP and maintenance software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
