Player Services Assistant Prize Claims

Deliver timely player service at BCLC in Kamloops while verifying prize claims, reconciling cheques, and communicating with claimants professionally.
As a Player Services Assistant, you will award prizes and protect the integrity of BCLC’s payout process. The work includes counter and mail-in claims, disputed claims, claimant inquiries, and communications with internal departments. You will also support big prize winner experiences and selected Regional Prize Payout locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, timely service to claimants
Verify counter and daily mail-in prize claims
Issue and reconcile cheques accurately
Document, resolve, and escalate disputed claims
Conduct winner interviews and provide marketing source material
Requirements:
Post-secondary certificate or diploma
One to two years of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities
Flexibility for Monday-to-Saturday scheduling
Use customer service, judgment, and attention to detail to support BCLC prize payouts and claimant experiences in Kamloops.
