ADP Workforce Now Payroll Analyst

Use ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel to manage payroll data at OSL Retail Services, with a hybrid work model in Mississauga.
As Payroll Coordinator, you will maintain employee records, process structural adjustments, and audit time-tracking information before transmission. The position combines full-cycle payroll processing with data validation, reporting, and reconciliation. You will collaborate with payroll, HR, Finance, and Commission teams to resolve exceptions and maintain reliable workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee records and system configurations
Process structural adjustments in ADP Workforce Now
Validate time-tracking data using Excel VLOOKUPs
Complete monthly and year-end reconciliations
Share insights across the payroll team
Requirements:
Seven-plus years of progressive payroll experience
Active Payroll Compliance Professional designation required
Hands-on ADP Workforce Now administrative expertise
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and formulas
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
