Enhance customer experiences as a Lease Portfolio Specialist at BMW/MINI Langley. Support sales teams and manage key customer engagements to maximize retention and upgrades.
This full-time position focuses on executing portfolio retention strategies and coordinating customer relationships. You'll engage with customers throughout their ownership journey, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication. Collaborating with the Sales Management team, you will contribute significantly to dealership objectives while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute defined lease and finance outreach strategies
• Manage customers from initial contact through appointments
• Engage with customers on lease maturity and upgrades
• Coordinate smoothly between customers and sales staff
• Update and maintain accurate customer activity records
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Background in automotive sales or customer retention preferred
• Familiarity with dealership CRM systems including Tekion
• Ability to manage multiple relationships effectively
• Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-oriented environment
