Pension Communications Graphic Designer
OMERS Administration Corporation
Apply graphic design expertise to pension communications at OMERS, with hybrid office work in Toronto at least four days weekly.
As an Associate Designer on an 18-month contract, you will execute Pensions’ visual identity within the OMERS brand. You will support internal teams through PowerPoint presentations and PDFs, while developing digital and print experiences for members and stakeholders. The position reports to the Associate Director, Pension Communications, and collaborates with the Design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide PowerPoint and PDF design support to Pensions teams
Support website, email, newsletter, and social communications
Present designs for statements, reports, and education materials
Maintain consistent Pensions identity across communication projects
Coordinate deadlines across Pensions and enterprise teams
Requirements:
Graphic Design degree or diploma
Two or more years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Expertise with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Comfort using content management systems such as Contentful
Bring Adobe, PowerPoint, and digital design skills to strengthen OMERS pension communications across member experiences and stakeholder materials.
