Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Support client accounts onsite in Newmarket with transaction processing, accurate records, and compliant documentation for wealth management operations.

You will support daily account activities while helping advisors deliver client-centered service. The work combines financial planning, investment management, and organized operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Process client account transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant account records
Coordinate account openings and transfers with relevant parties
Monitor investment instructions and resolve operational issues
Prepare reports and organize client review materials
Requirements:
Foundation in financial planning and finance
Knowledge of investments, asset classes, and account types
Familiarity with insurance products and risk management
Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, or related field
Experience in wealth management or financial services operations
