Flight Paramedic Grande Prairie Base
STARS
Provide critical care as a part-time Flight Paramedic at STARS’ Grande Prairie Base, using advanced clinical expertise in air medical missions.
STARS is seeking one to two part-time Air Medical Crew members in its Clinical department. You will work within the scope established by the STARS Medical Director and accepted by professional regulatory bodies. Advanced care experience, clinical training, and patient care are central to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide critical care with a Registered Nurse and Transport Physician
Perform within the approved STARS Medical Director scope
Participate in fundraising and public relations activities
Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Three to five years’ extensive advanced critical care experience
Current Registered Advanced Care Paramedic registration
Licence in the province where stationed
Valid CPR and required advanced certifications
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office and database skills
Bring advanced care paramedicine, critical care experience, and clinical expertise to STARS air medical missions in Grande Prairie.
