Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee manufacturing and production activities for line efficiency
• Negotiate with program managers on resources and feedback
• Prepare schedules to track product progress effectively
• Participate in product design meetings to ensure compatibility
• Maintain visibility of AI&T through regular assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years in program/project management or engineering
• Proficient in dynamic movement systems and ITAR regulations
• Fluent in French and English for customer communication
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
