As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across defense and adjacent sectors. You will manage projects from implementation through closeout, support account growth, develop project professionals, and maintain financial health. The work includes municipal infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, and housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple projects across implementation, delivery, and closeout
Guide multidisciplinary teams and foster collaborative project delivery
Grow client accounts through proposals and trusted advisory
Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
Monitor financial metrics and escalate project health issues
Requirements:

Eight-plus years leading owner-representative project management
Defense-sector or adjacent-sector project delivery experience
Expertise in design, construction, operations, and contracts
Strong stakeholder, client, financial, and people-management skills
Secret-level Federal Government security clearance eligibility
