Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering
• 12-18+ years of industry experience
• Expertise in hybrid propulsion and mobility programs
• Strong leadership skills in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with MBSE and engineering standards
