Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment process for assigned roles
• Work with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
• Ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process
• Share hiring insights to refine recruitment strategies
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• At least 7 years of recruitment experience
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and ATS management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous aviation recruiting experience is advantageous
