Represent Reliance on customer calls by combining water heater installation expertise with clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.
This Water Heater Installer position combines technical service with customer education and relationship-building. You will provide professional, courteous service, explain product and program value, make recommendations, and complete “The Right Call” process. Responsibilities also include safety, lead generation, leak repairs, HVAC maintenance, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Reliance professionally on every customer call
Provide superior service through effective problem-solving
Educate customers and make product recommendations
Ensure personal and customer safety
Generate leads and mentor new installers
Requirements:
Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction
Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby duties
Ability to work with minimal supervision
