Assistant Retail Store Manager

Lead retail sales and customer experience as a Co-Store Manager, using product knowledge and coaching skills on the sales floor.
Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and develop Brand Ambassadors. This customer-focused leadership role combines sales performance, personalized décor recommendations, team development, and daily retail operations. You will help maintain brand standards while supporting a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance and achieve store objectives
Coach Brand Ambassadors toward individual and team targets
Build customer relationships through personalized décor recommendations
Execute visual merchandising, promotions, and seasonal launches
Oversee operations during the Store Manager's absence
Requirements:
Three or more years in customer-focused retail
Previous supervisory, keyholder, or retail leadership experience
Hands-on, collaborative approach to coaching and development
Strong sales and customer experience skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Bring retail leadership, sales ability, and relationship-building skills to strengthen customer experiences and team performance as Co-Store Manager.
