This director-level consulting role serves insurance clients as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor. You will represent Slalom services, define solutions, influence strategic direction, and manage account strategy. The work combines business development, contracting, profitability, and delivery leadership across insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive annual revenue responsibility exceeding $5 million
Build trusted relationships with VP, SVP, and C-level clients
Lead complex programs and project teams of 2-10+ consultants
Drive pursuits, contracting, account strategy, and profitability
Establish and expand Slalom’s footprint within assigned accounts
Requirements:

At least five years of consulting experience
At least three years in financial services
Experience leading financial services programs
Leadership experience within management consulting
Understanding of commercial insurance profitability and industry dynamics
Bring insurance expertise, executive advisory skills, and consulting leadership to Slalom’s commercial insurance client partnerships and growth.
