As a Land Development Engineer, you will lead planning, design, modelling, and execution for public and private clients. You will manage complex projects from feasibility through construction support, while advising clients throughout delivery. The work spans water, wastewater, drainage, transportation, and site servicing.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead municipal servicing and land development project planning
Manage multidisciplinary teams through design and construction support
Guide approvals with municipalities, utilities, and regulators
Oversee scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality
Mentor engineers and technologists across Manitoba
Requirements:

Eight or more years in land development engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Active Manitoba P.Eng. registration or eligibility
Knowledge of Manitoba processes and servicing standards
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
