Aerospace Program Management New Graduate

Start an aerospace program management career at Bombardier’s Administrative Centre in Dorval, Québec. PCAP combines four rotations with broad PMO exposure.
Bombardier’s Program Career Acceleration Program is designed for motivated new graduates passionate about aviation and continuous learning. As a permanent employee, you will complete four six-month assignments over 24 months, supporting business priorities across aircraft and defense-related activities. Rotation sequences may change according to development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support coordination and execution of aircraft completion priorities
Contribute to integrated green aircraft program activities
Coordinate customer requests and cross-functional deliverables
Support planning and execution for new product development
Develop foundational experience in PMO processes or budgets
Requirements:
Engineering, business administration, or related program management degree
Degree completed recently or by April 2027
Strong verbal and written English and French
Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative
Ability to travel outside Canada and work in Canada
Bring curiosity, communication, and collaboration skills to Bombardier’s aerospace PMO development program in Dorval, Québec.
