Key Responsibilities:
• Guide parents in understanding educational programs
• Maintain and coordinate student schedules
• Set up assessments to gauge student progress

Requirements:
• University degree preferred
• Experience working with large student groups
• Solid phone and customer service skills
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• History of supporting colleagues in educational roles
