In this role, you'll provide short-term counselling using advanced tools to focus on client care rather than paperwork. Key Responsibilities:
• Customize brief interventions based on individual client needs
• Streamline administrative duties using clinical technology
• Participate in team collaboration to enhance service delivery
• Engage in peer discussions for skill sharing
• Build trust with clients through empathetic communication
Requirements:
• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health discipline
• Active registration with OPQ or OPSQ
• Two years of relevant clinical experience necessary
• Proficient in French required; bilingual ability is advantageous
• Strong time management and organizational skills
