Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Montreal-based teams.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruiting strategies.
Build diverse talent pipelines to meet organizational goals.
Act as a brand ambassador for CBC/Radio-Canada in the talent market.
Qualifications
Fluent bilingualism (English/French) is required.
5-7 years of talent acquisition experience.
Two temporary, one-year, full-time positions are available.
