Key Responsibilities:
• Assist families with direct support and resource access
• Implement family service plans in collaboration with staff
• Promote positive parenting and enhance family communication
• Coordinate community activities and workshops
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or related diploma
• Experience with children and families in community settings
• Understanding of First Nation family challenges
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Driver’s Abstract
