Inside Sales Technical Support Representative

Technical support and customer service define this Inside Sales Representative role, combining product guidance with order processing and branch support. Help customers find practical solutions.
At ICONIX Waterworks, you will support customers while working with the Outside Sales team to grow existing accounts and create new ones. The position combines consultative selling, technical services, quotations, bids, customer orders, and shipping and receiving. You will also contribute to administrative and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and services to customers
Educate customers about product and service benefits
Process customer orders and enter order data
Prepare quotations, bids, and customer letters
Assist with warehouse, shipping, and receiving duties
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of wholesale distribution experience
Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
Organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
