Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist

This full-time Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist manages daily cash application and customer account resolution. The position supports cheques, credit cards, electronic fund transfers, reconciliations, collections, and credit recommendations. You will work across Finance, Customer Service, and Sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, validate, and apply customer cheques and payments
Process incoming payments through the ERP system
Resolve unapplied cash, credits, and disallowed deductions
Reconcile accounts receivable and monitor payment irregularities
Recommend credit limits and conduct reference checks
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
College diploma preferred
Two to four years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience
Some collections experience required
Fluent written and verbal French and English communication
Bring bilingual communication, cash application, reconciliation, and collections expertise to MSC Industrial Supply Co. customer accounts.
