Inside Sales Representative White Cap

Drive inside sales at White Cap through customer service, order entry, product pricing, and electronic communication. Support customers from an indoor work environment.
As an Inside Sales Representative I, you facilitate sales processes for new opportunities and upselling. You respond to order and quotation requests across account levels, supporting sales, gross margin, and corporate service goals. The work includes product information, order entry, follow-up, logistics support, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in determining product needs and logistics support
Input accurate sales orders into the computer system
Provide requested customer information promptly
Consult pricing matrices to determine compliant product pricing
Track open orders, resolve issues, and support sales processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
Generally two to five years of related experience
One to five years of sales experience
Inventory sales experience preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Bring sales experience, product knowledge, and customer service skills to White Cap's inside sales team and customer accounts.
