Oversee daily operations within an assigned store department
Ensure sales and profitability goals are met
Train associates in service, products, and merchandising
Coordinate replenishment by monitoring inventory levels
Maintain clean, safe, and properly merchandised departments
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental retail
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency and flexible scheduling availability
