School Bus Driver Class 1 or 2

Drive Route R-08 between Wickham, Boulevard Tourville, Drummondville Elementary, and Saint-Nicéphore as a regular school bus driver. Maintain safety, inspections, and vehicle readiness.
This Bus Driver position belongs to the Transportation department and reports to the Assistant Director of Transportation. The schedule totals 5.08 estimated hours daily and 25.40 weekly. Duties include transporting people, goods, and materials while following applicable safety standards. The route operates mornings from 6:10am to 8:00am and afternoons from 2:30pm to 5:10pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a school bus or minibus on assigned routes
Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good condition
Complete legally required vehicle inspections and report defects
Maintain road records, logbooks, and inspection reports
Load and unload goods when required
Requirements:
Hold an appropriate Class 1 or Class 2 driver's license
Know how to operate the specified vehicles
Possess basic heavy vehicle mechanics skills
Understand required preventative maintenance methods
Authorize references, attestations, and required safety checks
Use your Class 1 or Class 2 license, inspection knowledge, and maintenance skills on Route R-08.
